Production Time:

All our jewelry is custom made to order, our production time is about 3 to 5 business days, all orders are shipped with Correos (Spanish post), shipping times may vary depending on country and location. (We are not responsible for any shipping delays)

Below are approximate normal terms of shipping times:

-Europe 5-15 days

-USA: 8 -20 days

– Other countries: 12-21 days.

During holidays the delivery time extends 15+ days for all countries.

This is a Custom and personalized item and therefore for we don’t accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
