All orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3 working days.

Due to the measures being taken at our warehouse in conjunction with the COVID-19 health restrictions, please be aware it may take a while longer to process orders.
The packaging of your order includes a bubble mailer, in which you will find the jewel/jewels in their respective jewelry pouch bag.
All our deliveries are made from our logistics center in Tenerife.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
All orders are shipped with Correos (Spanish post) and are sent with a tracking number. You will receive an email with the tracking information when your order is shipped.
It is possible that during promotional periods shipping costs are no applied, these and other promotions will be clearly indicated in our online store. Remember that if you subscribe to our newsletter you will also enjoy these and other promotions when active.
We do not accept phone orders. Please use our online shop, where you will find the best possible attention and service.

Delays and/or duties or taxes
For international orders :
once your order has left Spain it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. BOHEMBOHEM is not responsible for any import related charges once the order has left Spain.
BOHEMBOHEM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or email@example.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filling a claim.

because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t return for:

When will I receive my refund?
When the package has been returned to our office, it will be reviewed by our warehouse before they proceed with the approval of the said return. The product must have been shipped within 30 days of receipt of the order, it must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once the refund has been issued it may take up to 2-3 business days to be effective.
