When will I receive my refund?
When the package has been returned to our office, it will be reviewed by our warehouse before they proceed with the approval of the said return. The product must have been shipped within 30 days of receipt of the order, it must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. You will be notified by email of the transaction. Once the refund has been issued it may take up to 2-3 business days to be effective.
On our website only items from the current season are for sale. If an item is sold out, we will try to re-stock it as soon as possible. If an item is sold out, we will remove it from our website. When a size of an item you wish to purchase appears shaded in light grey and, therefore, cannot be selected, it means that it is not currently available.

All Orders are shipped from Tenerife Spain. our processing times are 1-3 business days Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) while shipping times may vary based on your location:

United States: 7-20 days
Canada: 12-21 days

During holidays (December – January) the delivery time extends 15+ days for all countries. Please note because of the COVID-19 situation, shipping can take a bit longer.
All orders are shipped with tracking number by Correos (Spanish Post) In a bubble mailer, you will receive an email with the tracking information when your order is shipped.
